Work Permits

A work permit is a document that students under 18 years of age must obtain after they have been offered employment. This applies for each individual job. Click here for the work permit application form to complete and turn in at the Pleasanton Unified School District office at 4665 Bernal Avenue.

Work permits are processed weekdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Step 1:  Student completes top portion
Step 2:  Employer completes middle section
Step 3:  Parent completes last section
Step 4:  District Office completes the section "For school to complete" on the work permit form. For more information contact Barbara Bennett at the district office at 925-426-4338. Work permit is usually processed for that particular job in under a week.
