Voluntary Donations

Athletics at Foothill are self-funded. Athletic director costs, trainer fees, transportation expenses, uniform expenses, equipment upgrading/replacement and tournament entry fees are self-funded. As such, a voluntary donation is asked of each player to help fund these valuable programs as well as to support our Foothill Athletic Boosters. 

The Foothill athletic program would not be able to continue without your generous support. These donations are separated by sport with all donations going directly to the specified sport in which your student is participating.

Voluntary donations are non-refundable unless the school is unable to offer the specified sports program.  In such cases, the district will refund donations upon written request.
 
Our outstanding Foothill Athletic Boosters provides generous funding for uniforms, entry fees, equipment and other necessities that have helped to make our program successful.
 
Please support both the voluntary donations and the Foothill Athletic Boosters in order to keep Foothill athletics operating for the benefit of our students. Look below for booster info.
 
The voluntary donation suggested is designed to cover only the costs of coaches stipends, transportation, and officials for the sport.  This voluntary donation is calculated by dividing the costs in these three areas by the number of students expected to participate in the sport.
