2022-2023 Season Information

Please read on below to see important information about the upcoming girls soccer season.
Rosters have been posted! We will begin practice on November 28th. Will have practice times listed soon. Please watch for gear distribution email and instructions for purchasing items needed for the season. Congratulations to all the girls and welcome to the teams!
Girls Soccer Fair Share
The cost for the season is $385 per player. The PUSD school district does not cover any costs for athletic programs. It is up to each program to pay its own costs via parent contributions. This fee covers only the essential costs of coaching stipends and referee/field fees.
You can pay the fair share in two ways:
- Bring a check with you to hand in to coaches at practice. Checks must be made out to Foothill High School, noting 'Girls Soccer Fair Share' in the memo line.
- Pay via credit card through the My School Central webstore. Navigate to girls soccer in winter activities and enter player information. You may choose to pay in installments.
If your company offers matching funds, this is a great way to maximize your donation.
Transportation and Volunteer Forms
We try to utilize carpooling for games as much as possible. Parents and guardians volunteering to transport students for sports events must complete the following:
- Transportation Form (attach a copy of auto insurance declaration). Please drop off transportation forms at the FHS office window.
- Volunteer Clearance (online submission)
Students driving themselves to/from sports events must fill out the Student Transportation Form and attach a copy of their auto insurance. Please drop off at the FHS office window. Students may not drive other students.
**These forms take approximately 4 weeks to clear, please submit ASAP**
Finally, get a FasTrak Flex toll tag for carpooling lanes.
