2018-19 Registration Information

We will be conducting our Online Registration for the 2018-2019 school year beginning August 1, 2018. Registration is required of all new and returning students.

Online Registration is a 3-step process:

  1. Visit Foothill's FutureFund site at https://foothill.futurefund.com  Here you can complete school-specific tasks which may include purchasing Parking Permits and P.E. clothes, joining the Foothill PTSA, and donating to the groups that support Foothill. You will be instructed to print out a Registration Receipt, which you should bring to Walk-Through Registration (step 3).

  2. Log into "Q" Parent Connection using your secure PIN and password. If you aren’t sure of your PIN and password, you can retrieve it by visiting the "Q" Parent Connection portal and clicking on the “Need Your Login Information” link located on the top left hand of the page.  If you still can’t login to the Q Parent Connection portal, please visit your school site office or contact qhelp@pleasantonusd.net.          

    Please understand that it is your personal responsibility to safeguard this your personal PIN and password to the Q Parent Connection portal. The privacy of your child(ren)'s confidential educational data may be at risk if your PIN and password are lost or shared with others.  It is your sole responsibility to change your password at the “Q” Parent Connection portal if you believe others may have access to your PIN and password.

    Once you've logged on, start the re-registration process by clicking on the blue "Registration/Emergency Info" link at the top of the right side of the page.  After you've completed the online process for each of your students, print the confirmation page from within Q - make sure the "Student" section is expanded - which you should bring to Walk-Through Registration (step 3).   3.  Bring print-outs from #1 and #2 to WaIk-Through Registration on August 6/7 along with two current Proof of Residency documents.  Click here for the Walk-Through times, dates and other pertinent information.
