In order to attend, students must print the Foothill High School Dance Agreement Form, complete the form in pen, obtain all appropriate signatures (parent/guardian of student and guest, and administrator of student and guest. Students will only be allowed to purchase tickets if the form is completed in pen and completely filled out.
Once the form is appropriately and completely filled out, submit the form to the person selling tickets during lunch at the tables in front of the main office. Ticket sales will begin on Monday, September 18 and will end on Wednesday, October 4, at the end of lunch.
Students can opt to bring a guest (limit 1). Guests must fill out the form with permission from both schools. If it is a non-PUSD guest, they must be at least a 9th grader and under 21 years of age. Please read the form in its entirety.
Acceptable forms of payment are cash, card, and checks.
