Chromebooks, textbooks, calculators, and other class materials will be distributed to freshmen on August 10th, sophomores on August 11th and 12th, juniors on August 13th and 14th, and seniors on August 17th and 18th. Linked is the Materials Distribution Letter. The Materials Distribution Letter includes information on the procedure for picking up materials and a map that details the procedure for entering campus, student drop-off, and exiting campus, once the student has returned to the vehicle. Embedded in the Materials Distribution Letter are grade specific SignUp Genius links. Each grade level has been designated a specific date for materials distribution. Please click on the appropriate grade level and sign up for your desired materials distribution time slot. Only choose one time slot as each time slot has a limited number of spaces. For the previous noted reasons, it is imperative that the Materials Distribution Letter is read in its entirety. Please be advised that social distancing protocols must be followed. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions we will only be able to accommodate students that are transported in a motor vehicle (no bikes or walk ups). Masks must be worn by all students prior to exiting the vehicle until they return to the vehicle.
