Graduation Information

Graduation Tickets
Each family will receive 6 graduation tickets. Once the ceremony starts, if space permits, the gates will be open to non-ticketed guests.
Graduation Caps
Students are permitted to decorate their caps, if they wish. All decorations must be approved the night of graduation by their teacher giving diplomas, must be appropriate, and must have nothing taller than 1/4 inch on it. Students with inappropriate caps will have their cap taken and will be given a blank cap.
Graduation Checkout
All students received a graduation checkout form in their Civics/Econ class. Please clear all library/cafe/old textbook debt by Monday, 5/23 and complete the checkout process on Tues 5/28 or Thurs 5/30 at the office. Students with debts will not be able to get their graduation tickets or walk in the ceremony.
Graduation Practice
Mandatory for all seniors who are walking in the ceremony. 12:30-2:30 on Wed, 5/29 - meet in the football field stands.
Fri 5/31- students need to arrive at their assigned area (assigned at grad practice) at 4:45. Gates open at 4:45pm for guests.
Parking for Graduation
Parking will be extremely limited. Please plan to carpool. Families with handicapped passes will be allowed to park on the grass near the stadium.
Handicapped Seating
Families with elderly member or other health concerns needing to be seated in a covered area can email Lisa Gardner at to request handicapped seating on the field. Each handicapped person will be allowed one companion (each student receives 6 tickets total).
Students must pick up their actual diplomas or certificates after the ceremony, behind the stage.
Graduation Pictures
Parents will be able to buy a keepsake picture of their student on stage accepting his/her diploma. Click here for information.
