Please arrive to practice with running shoes, water, mask, sweatpants and sweatshirt. Practices are held rain or shine!
If you do not have spikes or equipment (other than what is listed above) please wait to discuss with your coaches on what you need.

Athletes MUST have Sports Packet completed and cleared before start of official practice on February 6.
