Foothill staff is in tremendous need of much-appreciated volunteers from all grade levels to help with the graduation season bustle! Volunteering is a great way to get a sneak peek at what you can expect when your students are seniors. Click on heading to see all the volunteer openings and consider signing up for a shift or two. Recruit friends to join in the fun!
Yearbooks will be distributed to seniors on Tuesday, May 21 and to 9th-11th graders Wednesday, May 22. Students will deliver in English class. If you forgot to pre-order a yearbook: We will be selling any leftover books beginning after school May 22 on a first-come, first-served basis, $125 cash.
Foothill Journalism is ready to announce the release of its 2019 spring issue! This issue features a variety of opinion and editorial columns about a diverse array of issues as well as student submissions of their own fiction pieces and artwork. Founded in 2017, the team publishes the Talon Times quarterly and is looking for interested writers, reporters, photographers, and designers to join its staff. Weekly meetings are in D-12, Mrs. Crawbuck's room, during lunch on Wednesdays. Any questions or concerns can be directed to their email, firstname.lastname@example.org. Please join us for a meeting to discuss living in Pleasanton, attending PUSD schools and the different supports PUSD has to offer students for both academic and social emotional well-being.

February 26th - 6:00-8:30 pm, Village High School MPR This free informational class is designed to provide an overview of the most current educational information on Alcoholism, Addiction and other Substance Use Disorders. It will focus on guidance, support and treatment options for individuals and their families.
All families and community members are invited to attend our next community meeting on February 5, 6 - 7:30 p.m. in the Hart Middle School Multipurpose room. PUSD Cabinet members and Board of Trustees will lead the meeting with information related to our District goals for the year, engage in some informal Q&A, and take time to connect personally with attendees. We hope to see you there!
