Two (2) Different Current Proofs of Residency (MANDATORY): Acceptable Proofs of Residency: Current utility bill (your complete bill) with parent and/or legal guardian's printed name and address (includes PG&E, water, garbage, or cable TV with service address listed). Landline telephone bill (no cell phone bills, please). Settlement statement or rental/lease agreement. California Driver's license is NOT acceptable.
